What we offer:
- Loans between $2,500,000 to $50,000,000
- Terms for 6 to 24 months, with longer terms available
- Interest-only or amortized
- Debt Coverage Ratio (DCR) 1.00x and up. Lower ratio available with an interest reserve
- LTV up to 65%
Underwriting criteria:
- To enquire: mortgage application, credit report, ownership structure, rent roll, operating statements
- To close: AACI appraisal, phase 1 ESA, building condition, PNW statement, financial statements
