From Blueprint to Build: Financing Two 2-storey Homes

Borrower required funds to complete the construction of two 2-storey detached homes on newly severed lots. Hillmount Capital was able to provide a loan which included a land facility, hard cost facility, and interest reserve facility. Upon completion, the borrower will sell both properties.
