Waterfront Investment Portfolio

A self-employed borrower required refinancing to consolidate multiple mortgages secured against a residential waterfront property portfolio. The objective was to reduce interest payments, simplify the debt structure, and secure an interest reserve to cover payments until the sale of a development site. We structured a solution collateralized by multiple properties enabling the borrower to refinance existing debt, lower carrying costs, and unlock capital to further advance their waterfront investments.
