The borrower required funds to purchase a 308,709 square-foot lot, improved by a two-building retail complex with 25 tenanted commercial units. Borrower had financial institutional funding that backed out at the last minute. Given the borrower had the required due diligence reports ready, Hillmount was able to fund the deal. Once the borrower has sufficient financial statement history associated with this property, they will transition to a financial institution.
