Loan Purpose

Borrower required funds to facilitate the severance and development of an 11-acre property. Hillmount Capital was able to facilitate a loan based on the as-is value of the land. Once the property is severed, the borrower plans on obtaining building permits to develop part of the site and will be looking to sell the remaining land. The borrower will take funds from the sale of the land to pay off the loan.
